Backoffice & Application Specialist (m/f/d)
Über uns:
As a subsidiary of HAZEMAG, HAZEMAG Systems GmbH , based in Düsseldorf-Heerdt, is responsible for the worldwide sales activities and project management of the HAZEMAG Group. Our international orientation is represented by sales offices in regions such as Brazil, China, Europe and Southeast Asia.
Since the company was founded, we have been developing and selling our plants worldwide in industries such as cement & aggregates, recycling and mining.
Aufgaben:
- Provide technical support and expertise in crushing, materials handling and beneficiation.
- Work with front-end sales teams to support customer enquiries and project proposals.
- Manage and coordinate global projects to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Assist in the preparation of technical documentation, reports and presentations.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and developments in order to provide innovative solutions.
Qualifikationen:
- We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced back office and applications specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in crushing (both hard rock and soft rock), materials handling and processing / beneficiation. This role will primarily focus on supporting front-end sales and managing global projects.
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical or industrial engineering, business or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years sales support and application experience in the crushing, screening, materials handling and beneficiation industries.
- Proven experience in crushing (hard rock and soft rock), materials handling and processing / recycling.
- Strong understanding of global project management and front-end sales support.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of relevant software and tools.
- Fluent in English, other languages a plus.
