Technical Support Specialist (f/m/d)

Aufgaben:
- You clarify questions about the commissioning and configuration of our IoT solutions and communication products via our modern ticket system (Zendesk), telephone, TeamViewer or Teams
- You analyze errors in the event of malfunctions, evaluate error messages and initiate targeted solutions - always calmly and competently
- Together with colleagues from Europe, you optimize our self-help tools and continuously expand our knowledge database
- With your customer focus, you actively contribute to the continuous development of our products and processes
- Customer retention with heart: If a customer ends the conversation satisfied, you've successfully assisted them
Qualifikationen:
- Specialist knowledge: You have knowledge of electrical engineering, mechatronics or automation technology - through a corresponding degree or relevant professional experience
- Experience with communication technologies: You have initial insights into industrial communication technology, both wired and wireless. Knowledge of Industrial Ethernet is a plus, but not a must
- You are fluent in written and spoken English; knowledge of German is an advantage
- You enjoy occasional business trips
