System Test Engineer in BBN Testlab (m/f/d)

Aufgaben:
- Develop, execute and maintain test plans, manual and automated test procedures to ensure highest possible test coverage in our HW/SW-System Test.
- Bring visibility and management control into the system test process by providing timely and accurate escalation of problems as well as clear and concise problem reports.
- Responsible for installation, configuration and maintenance of different Test System HW, software and tools for various test environments.
- Continuously improve and deploy new tests to deliver high quality products in cooperation with HW- and SW R&D and the SW Release Management.
- Transfer of internal and external (customer- ) applications into our system test portfolio to enhance our test coverage. Cooperation with R&D and the customer's application team is required to be able to adapt these applications to our HW/SW test environment.
- Technical spectrum includes digital, mixed signal and RF technologies.
Qualifikationen:
- Bachelors or Master Degree or University Degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science
- Two years' relevant experience in semiconductor business
- Demonstrated experience with C/C++ programming language
- Unix/Linux knowledge
- Structured approach to problem analysis and solving
- Ability to work with minimum supervision
- Good communication skills to work in a cross-functional team
- Good knowledge of English and German, both written and spoken
- V93k HW knowledge is a plus
- Experience in RF, digital and mixed signal test development and debug using V93000 tester platform is a plus
- Experience in SW System Testing preferred.
