INEOS in Cologne is the largest chemical company and the third largest industrial employer in Cologne. With around 2,500 employees in four business areas, INEOS in Cologne is one of the largest locations in the INEOS Group. As a petrochemical location, INEOS in Cologne is an important raw material supplier to the chemical industry. The raw material is primarily the light petroleum (naphtha) produced in refineries during petroleum processing. At the Cologne site, raw materials are produced that serve the chemical industry as basic building blocks for the production of plastics, rubber and fibers. They are also used in solvents and detergents, paints, fertilizers and pesticides as well as in cosmetics and pharmaceuticals.
Aufgaben:
  • Proactively aim to develop and maintain the relationship between customer and INEOS and strengthen our customer's loyalty and confidence
  • Act as first contact for the customers for all order-related/administrative sales questions for a defined customer portfolio
  • Liaise with other internal and external functions e.g. logistics and product planning at 8 European INEOS sites to provide excellent customer service
  • Knowledge of Order to Cash process. Following all steps from order entry to invoicing according to defined processes and creation of the required export documentation
  • Maintain secure and accurate customer records (General Data, Pricing, etc.)
  • Handling of claims, returns and price corrections
  • Display consistent, effective and strong customer service behaviours
Qualifikationen:
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English - German language is an advantage
  • Commercial education or experience in customer service in industrial sector
  • High level of accuracy, attention to detail and well organised
  • Good communication and influencing skills
  • Good numeracy and analytical skills
  • Exceptional team player
  • Knowledge of SAP (or similar ERP) plus strong skills in MS Office particularly Excel is an advantage
